- Thursday 25th, 7pm to 10pm:
Meet & Greet registration night @ The Brisbane Hotel- No charge.
- Friday 26th, 9pm to midnight:
“Bearwest 2010″ Den Night- Includes door prize, licensed bar, raffle.
- Bear members no charge, non-members $5.
- Part proceeds to support GLCS.
- Saturday 27th, 8pm to 10pm: (Arrive at 7:30, boarding at 7:45.)
City Bear River Cruise- Includes supper, lucky ticket prize, licensed bar.
- Bear members $40, non-members $45.
- Saturday 27th, 10pm to 4am:
“Bear Minimum” @ Connections- Minimal clothing permitted with discreet Men Only lounge and bar area.
- Cloak room available.
- Bear members $20, non-members $25.
- Sunday 28th, 3pm to 8pm:
Recovery/Farewell Pool Party BBQ- BYO drinks and towel.
- Door prize and food provided.
- Bear members $10, non-members $15.
Den Nights
“Den Nights” are held on the Second (2nd) Saturday and Fourth (4th) Friday of the month at Loton Park Tennis Club, 166 Bulwer St, East Perth.
They commence at 9PM, have a licensed bar, with last drinks at 11.45, unless otherwise informed on the night.
Social Events
If you wish to attend a “Social Event” or a special “ticketed” event you must contact Paul, two days before the event to allow for catering. Please use the contact form to contact him. There will be a small fee to assist the hosts of these socials with the cost of catering.
IMPORTANT:
- Equity Stadium may be holding an event on any den night so check the parking restrictions apply and the Equity stadium web site for details when evens are on!
