In 1990 OzBears Australia, the first bears club in this country, was founded in Sydney. Sadly it closed in 1995. There are currently 2 bears clubs in Sydney: Harbour City Bears was started not long after the demise of OzBears, while Sydney Bears began in December 1997. |
